Learn the basic principles of Spinefulness.
Teaching body awareness and techniques for embodying freedom, flow, and flexibility.
Topics included with each day are as follows:
Monday - Sitting, Tuesday - Bending, Wednesday - Sleeping, Thursday - Standing and review. Attendees will learn life basics which can prevent as well as heal back and joint pain.
Camp is one (1) hour a day for four days.
